The staff are very courteous and friendly from the reception to the bar. the pool attendants are attentive and ensure everyone is happy and safe. the room cleaning has been first rate. the animation team is interactive and friendly. They all have positive attitudes.
sometimes it was difficult to find a free table. not because clients occupied all the tables but because waiters didn't set up the tables.

The room service was extra clean. I appreciate that the rooms were very clean. I found the animation program nice for children. The heated pools provided an AMAZING option for the kids' aqua park.
The food selections were repetitive. I saw little change, with the same dishes served almost every day. My wife suffered food poisoning. This ruined part of our holiday. The room looked nothing like the photos. The furniture was worn, and the shower had rusty parts.

The housekeeping staff was very helpful. I appreciated their dedication. The sea had great snorkeling spots and the aquapark was fantastic for ALL ages. The food variety was excellent, and there were many tasty dishes. Our rooms were close to the pool and beach. This made access very easy.
